Clear glass or plastic ornaments serve as the perfect canvas to make a variety of specific ornaments to coordinate with a color scheme or personalize for that special someone.
Flat glass ornaments are my favorite but plastic will also work, as a matter of fact the ones in this post are plastic because my local stores only had plastic.
Flat will give you a better surface to apply vinyl without wrinkling. I like to compliment a flat decorated ornament with a solid glittered to make a set.

You will need:
Polycrylic (I used clear gloss)
Syringe
Ornament
Cup
Glitter

Properly stir your ploycrylic.
Remove ornament topper.
Fill syringe & push liquid into ornament. Coat the entire inside, drain excess liquid back into can then finish draining for a minute or two upside down into disposable cup.
Add glitter inside ornament and turn until entire inside is coated.
Allow to dry upside down on cup for 24 hours.

Tip: I like to store my polycrylic with a plastic bag between the can & lid so the lid doesn’t become extremely hard to remove after use.
